Step 1
Consultation
Simply call us or email us, sharing with us your requirements (if you know them), or even just vague ideas of how you want your home to look like. We understand the importance of the home to everyone and that sometimes, it takes a bit of re-iteration before it becomes clear what you would like your balcony or patio to look like, for example.
Step 2
Design & Space Planning

Step 3
Installation
Once the quotation is accepted, we will then arrange for an installation date in consultation with the customer. Whether it is laying artificial turf, composite wood decking or installing artificial green walls, our experienced team follow strict procedures. Once the job is completed, we go through a handover process to ensure that you know how to take care of your artificial turf, composite wood decking, natural wood decking or green walls that we have installed for you.
Step 4
After-Sales Services & Maintenance
Our products and services such as synthetic grass and composite decking require minimal maintenance. However, it is advisable to groom and maintain them once a year to enhance their lifespan. As such, we offer maintenance packages to spruce up your artificial turf, decking, green walls, or any other softscape that you have.

Some of the things we check during a typical artificial grass maintenance session are:

Checking all seams to ensure that the artificial turf flooring does not have any unsightly gaps. If there are gaps, we will patch them up with additional turf.

Checking all edges to ensure that the artificial grass is properly glued down. If any edges are loose or upturned, we will glue them down using the appropriate glue to avoid any potential tripping incidents.

Disinfect the artificial turf with a special solution.

Brush the grass blades manually or with a machine, depending on the area.

Put in more infill like sand if necessary.
